Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance for an appointment. We are pleased to check enquiries on shorter notice, however in this case we can not guarantee availability.

Cancellation and delay
Please arrive in the relaxation area of the Wellness on the 5th floor 5 minutes before your appointment. Cancellations are free of charge up to .24 hours in advance. For later cancellations, full charges apply. In the event of any delay, the treatment time will be shortened accordingly.
