Enjoy the best dishes from the HANSEATIC-Menu from all over the world. Early was his passion for cooking and the sea reviled. Tobias Schnieders is cooking since 2003 on the luxurious ships from Hapag-Lloyd Cruises. In 2016 he became the chef of the 22 man strong kitchen team on the MS HANSEATIC. The MS Hanseatic is according to the Berlitz Cruise Guide 2018 the only 5-star-expeditionship in the world.
The ships from Hapag-Lloyd Cruises belong to the best cruise ships in the world, accordingly is the cuisine one of the best in the world. Up to 1200 plates are served each and every day to the guests of the MS HANSEATIC, the breakfast excluded. On different routes to the most remote places in the world, the Arctic and Antarctic included, is Tobias Schnieders required to meticulously plan everything.
