Experience a real Piedmontese evening at the Hotel Schweizerhof. From the popular salami to fine truffles to the typical Barbera, you will be served almost everything

The 5-course menu is accompanied by wines from the Swiss winegrower in Piedmont, Felix Binggeli. Together with his wife Monika, he runs the Terra Felice winery in Castagnole Monferrato for many years and is a loyal guest of Balin.
