Nibbles with a special look: The Hotel Schweizerhof Luzern is getting into the baking business and presenting a sweet novelty. Just in time for the Guetzli season, the five-star hotel is launching six Lucerne landmarks as Guetzli cookie cutters. Our idea was to produce guetzli molds in which you can not only see the shape and silhouette, but also the structure of the object on the cut out dough. The two-part molds consist of a positive and a negative part. In addition to the world-famous water tower, the Lion Monument, the Court Church and the building of the Hotel Schweizerhof Lucerne, the Männliturm and the historic VILLA Schweizerhof are also available as Guetzl molds. The VILLA Schweizerhof is located on the Hausermatte on Haldenstrasse and forms the external catering outlet of the festival hotel.
The 6-pack of cookie cutters has been available at the hotel's reception desk since November 1 for CHF 15.00.
The aim is to bring the joy of baking closer to the people of Lucerne and also to create an opportunity for hotel guests to take home a piece of the city of lights as a lasting souvenir that will remind them of their stay on Lake Lucerne for a long time to come. Cookie cutters with Lucerne landmarks have never existed in this form before.
