Cancellation and dela
Please arrive in the relaxation area of the Wellness on the 5th floor 5 minutes before your appointment. Cancellations are free of charge up to .24 hours in advance. For later cancellations, full charges apply. In the event of any delay, the treatment time will be shortened accordingly.
