Cancellation policy for individual guests:
A reservation will be considered as confirmed upon receipt of a credit-card guarantee covering the appropriate amount. Where booking conditions allow, a room reservation may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival. In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival (or in the event of early departure), the agreed room rate for the first (or following) night of the originally scheduled stay will be charged.
