Mansour Memarians impressive career starts with a trainee ship as a cook to Düsseldorf (DE) at the restaurant "Hummerstübchen" (its chef Peter Nöthel was our guest cook two years ago). His last stops before he started at the Chedin in Andermatt were the Al Mahara at Burj Al Arab Dubai and the Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri in Abu Dhabi.
