The Hotel Schweizerhof Luzern is very pleased to continue its serie of different guest cooks with Fabian Inderbitzin between mid August and October 2013. During these two and a half months a menu choice of his with 1 Michelin star and currently 16 Points Gault Millau awarded cuisine is completing the selection in our restaurants.
Fabian Inderbitzin is the first guest cook of the Hotel Schweizerhof Luzern in a long row who comes from Central Switzerland as well. Currently he is the chef of the Lakefront Restaurant Belvédère in Hergiswil NW, just around 15 minutes outside of Lucerne on the foot of Mount Pilatus.
He is famous for his classic-french cuisine with asian flavours using products of the region of Lucerne.
