Between August 8th and October 31st we are very pleased to welcome Peter Nöthel with his spectacular lobster food as our new guest cook in our restaurants.

The Hotel Schweizerhof Luzern is very pleased to continue its serie of different guest cooks with Peter Nöthel between August and October 2012. During these three months a menu choice of his since over 20 years with Michelin stars and currently 18 Points Gault Millau awarded cuisine is completing the selection in our restaurants.

Peter Nöthel is famous for the spectacular lobster food, especially the world famous «Lobster Soup with Champagne», which will be served for the very first time beyond his own Restaurant «Hummer-Stübchen» in Dusseldorf, Germany.
