- the total amount of your reservation will be charged from your credit card immediately
- reservations cannot be changed or cancelled (no refund!)
- the special is not effective for any extended benefits (such as breakfast, parking, city tax, ...)
- the '3 for 2 Special' is not effective with reduced room rates
